Flattening The Curve
In an effort to flatten the curve, we are limiting the number of customers allowed in each of our retail locations at a single time to two, and ask that customers who need to make a payment, or renew an insurance policy to do so over the phone or email with one of our team members.
Additionally, we are encouraging customers to use the Drive-Thru Insurance Windows located at our Fleetwood and Langley locations.

ICBC has temporarily allowed brokers to process the following transactions by phone:
- Policy changes
- Storage policies
- Temporary operating permits
Document signatures will be accepted electronically and policy documents may be emailed to you. Any required decals will be mailed to you once the transaction is complete, or delivered same-day by one of our team members wherever possible. Be sure when you call that you have your driver’s license and your current insurance documents ready to help us authenticate and complete your transaction.
