How to Select Your Broker of Choice

When you log into the Online Insurance Service portal on ICBC's website, you will be prompted to:

  1. Select your policy
  2. Update your contact information
  3. Confirm your email address
  4. Select your Broker of Choice - This is the broker that will review your ICBC once it is complete.
  5. Complete your renewal online


When prompted to select your Broker of Choice, you will:

Option 1: Select "B&W insurance Brokers from your 3 most recent brokers list. Choose the location address you would like to work with.

Option 2: If B&W is not an option on the list, choose "find another broker" and search for your closest B&W Office.
